Dr. Gaylen Bartlett is the owner and head chiropractor at ADIO. A third-generation native of Phoenix, he’s honored to serve the community that helped shape who he is today. With a background in Biochemistry from Arizona State University and a Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Bartlett is passionate about helping people understand how their bodies are designed to heal and function at their best.
He is certified in the Webster Technique, a member of both the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and the Arizona Association of Chiropractic, and has advanced training in Gonstead, Diversified, and Torque Release Technique. Dr. Bartlett especially enjoys working with families and newborns, helping them start life on the right path toward health and wholeness. He and his wife, Ashton, strive to live out the same wellness principles they teach—staying active, spending time outdoors, and creating a healthy, joy-filled life with their children, Cooper, Blaire, and Daisy.

Dr. David Durso received his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2008 from the University of Bridgeport, College of Chiropractic in Bridgeport, CT. After graduation, Dr. Durso expanded his knowledge and received advanced training in spinal rehabilitation through the Pettibon Institute. As a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association, he has received advanced training in Pediatric and Prenatal Care. He is also certified and proficient in the Webster Technique. He is well qualified in caring for people of all ages and many health conditions.
Throughout his Chiropractic career, Dr. Durso has done over 100 hours of extensive training in Developmental Functional Neurology through The Interdisciplinary Association of Functional Neurology (IAFNR). He enjoys understanding how the body works so he can provide the most optimal care. In his spare time, you can find Dr. Durso at the hockey rink or the softball fields watching his kids play competitive sports. He also enjoys working out, reading, and studying functional neurology, and hiking the red rocks in Sedona.
