Paula

Paula is the mom around the office in the most literal sense of the word. She's Dr. Gaylen's mom and also ADIO Chiropractic's Chiro Assistant. Paula enjoys being with her family all the time. (I guess that's why she decided to work with them too!) She's married to the love of her life, and they've lived in Arizona for 36 years. They have raised their 3 children here in the valley. Dr. Gaylen, Jordan, and Daryn. When Paula needs a break from the kids, her and her husband Gaylen like to go on stay-cations and getaways! Their favorite place to go is Newport Beach, California. They never go without stopping at the Crab Cooker, a Bartlett family staple.

Paula plays a huge role in maintaining the love and laughter that flows throughout the office! She has a heart for people and building strong relationships! Next time you're in the office, make sure you remind her of how awesome she is!

Amanda

Amanda was born & raised right here in Peoria but ventured to Colorado for college. She pursued her love for animals and the agricultural industry. Before joining the ADIO team, she spent her days caring for animals in both veterinary hospitals & on rural farms.

When she moved back to her home state, she fell in love with the people & atmosphere at ADIO! She loves the opportunity to serve others by caring for their well-being and broaden her knowledge of healthcare every day in the office.

On the weekends you can find Amanda hanging with the horses, hiking with her dog, or line dancing to her favorite country artists! She also has a passion for traveling and is always looking for the next best view to snap a few photos 📸

Liz

Growing up in the PNW, Liz fell in love with desert living when she moved to Phoenix to attend Grand Canyon University. After leaving the hospitality industry + moving back to Washington for a bit, Liz couldn’t help but find herself coming back to Arizona.

She loves getting to be a part of the wellness world + seeing transformations in our patient’s health, it’s definitely the best part of the job according to her. Holistic health is something she could talk about for hours!

A great day includes reading one of the many, many books on her “To Read” list in a coffee shop while sipping on a latte w/ honey. Liz also enjoys developing her sourdough + fermentation skills while loudly playing her favorite country artists. Her favorite food is breakfast, for any meal… especially eggs benedict.
